Can I change the Jewel on a particular style?
Jewels cannot be changed on any style.
Can I add an extra jewel?
Extra jewels cannot be added to any style.
Can I change the color?
Each style is available only in the color selection featured with each style.
Can I have a rushed order?
All orders take 7 to 12 days to make and ship.
Are the sandals made in leather?
All soles and straps are Italian leather.
How can I measure my feet?
For accurate feet measurements, please go to our website & click on the "CUSTOM FIT" tab. There is an instruction video, as well as a detailed form to fill in and submit.
I have two different sized feet ... can I have two different soles?
We cannot make a pair of sandals in two different sizes.
Will I have to pay tax or customs duty on my sandals?
Tuccia Di Capri charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at $9.99 per pair of sandal, $15 for two pairs anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is charged at $30 per pair, $35 for two pairs anywhere in Canada. All other International Shipping is charged at $35 per pair, $40 for two pairs. We use the services of USPS.
