Measurement A

Hold the tape measure so that 0 starts on the floor at the outside of the big toe, and stretch across all five toes to the outside of the baby toe, to the floor.

Hold tape measure so that 0 starts on the floor and measure straight across the forward instep floor to floor.

Hold tape measure so that 0 starts on the floor. Measure straight accross your instep floor to floor.

Stand on tape measure on floor (not carpet), so that the zero is flush with heel, & measure to top of big toe. This is for your sole size. Please be as accurate as possible.
