SHIPPING

Here at tucciadicapri.com, we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your fabulous sandals.  Here are the steps we take when shipping your custom order.

Your Package will be sent to your door by courier: we use the services of USPS.  Upon shipment, you will receive an email message with your shipping tracking number.  With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase at any time, on the USPS website.

Delivery time is usually 7 to 12 business days from the time you place your order and providing we have processed your payment.

When placing your order, please make sure you enter the correct name, shipping address, contact number and email address.  We are not responsible for reshipment if you have provided us with an incorrect address.  We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

Sandal Fitting & Shipping- Tuccia Di Capri will use the measurements submitted to fill your custom order.  Any fitting adjustments fees & shipping fees will be at the full responsibility of purchaser.  Please follow directions on Measurement form accurately & to exact specifications to avoid incurring these extra fees.
