Each pair of Tuccia Di Capri sandals are hand made when you place an order with us. We carry no premade stock.

No problems…… We will adjust, repair, replace, or make a refund

You may return unworn, and undamaged handmade sandals bought from Tuccia Di Capri for exchange or refund of the purchase price within 10 business days of your receipt. However, you must get a Return Authorization Code.   Before returning the sandals please contact our shop by using our link to receive your code.  http://www.tucciadicapri.com/Sandals/contact.html

It takes up to 10 business days to process your refund after we receive your return.  We are not responsible in any way for sandals returned without a Return Authorization Code;any sandals returned without a code would not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Individual credit card policies will dictate when your refunds will be credited to your account.  We will not refund any import/export fees, VAT, or similar taxes or fees paid for sandal.

CUSTOM FITTED REFUNDS

Tuccia Di Capri custom fitted sandals are handmade to your personal measurements and specifications.

Although we rarely have an issue in the measuring and fitting process, we will be happy to make minor adjustments to your custom sandals.  If we agree that the fit is not accurate and cannot be corrected by our adjustments, you have not worn, or damaged your custom sandals, you may return Tuccia Di Capri handmade custom fit sandal that need adjustment or request a refund within 10 days of your receipt.   In such cases, upon authorized return and verification, we will adjust your custom sandals at no extra charge or, we will refund the purchase price less a ten percent 10% restocking fee for handmade custom fitted sandals.

GIFT RETURNS

If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it.   When returning a gift please provide the purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.   If you return a gift that was purchased through the use of a gift certificate, your gift certificate will be restored to its original value, to be used at any time on Tucciadicapri.com

REPAIRS

Tuccia Di Capri offers a repair service for sandals purchased from Tuccia Di Capri.  Please email us at customerservice@tucciadicapri.com regarding the repair before sending your sandals.  A repair charge estimate will be emailed to you once the assessment has been completed.  Sandals may be brought to Tuccia Di Capri boutique or mailed to the appropriate address below:

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip.  We recommend that you package the item securely to prevent damage and ship it via insured mail.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair.  Tuccia Di Capri will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return or repair package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Tuccia Di Capri's sole discretion.

SALES TAX

Tuccia Di Capri charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@tucciadicapri.com.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.  However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us.  In this case, please refer to our return policy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders.  We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion.   We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.   Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style.  We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of or withdrawing any merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold.  Removing, editing, or screening any materials or content on the site. Refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after the process has begun.  Payment Tuccia Di Capri accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

PRICING

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.  If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.  If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.  Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.  Tuccia Di Capri online offers price adjustments for online purchases on first markdown only.  Specifically, if an item has been reduced from its full price, we will credit you the difference.  A price adjustment request must be made within 10 days of the order date for the price adjustment to be honored.  Please contact us by sending an email to customerservice@tucciadicapri.com.  We will refund the adjusted amount in the original form of payment.  Please note that a different price adjustment policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.
